Country Coordinator, (Nepal) for State of Democracy in South Asia (SDSA) from June 2003-present sponsored by The Ford Foundation under the project on ‘Democracy and Human Security’, International IDEA, and European Union under their Cross Cultural Programme; Presently he is undertaking research on Democracy, Pluralism and State in Nepal, the Impact of Activism in Nepal and the Restructuring of the Nepali state.
